The key objectives of the program are to:

Connolly Clarke's HR Business Partner Academy is a client training/development offering whose purpose is to build the critical strategic HR capabilities and competencies required for the role of the HR Business Partner – a key role in the HR Service Delivery Model.

During the HRBP Academy, participants from various organizations focus on building their proficiency in key competencies for HR Business Partners, project management skills and fundamental HR functional knowledge.  Case Studies involving scenarios, strategies, and workforce statistics allow participants provide an opportunity to discuss and learn. 

Prior to participating in an HRBP Academy, participants are asked to complete an assessment (self or supervisor) of proficiency in each HRBP competency and general HR area.  The results allow the HRBP Academy to be tailored to the participants attending the session.
